I baked two loafs of gluten free corn bread late last night by using brown rice flour instead of all purpose wheat flour (the baking powder I always use was already gluten free). I tried some this morning and it seems more moist and crumbles less then the corn bread with wheat flour I’ve made before. I think I like the gluten free corn bread with brown rice flour the best, but next time I might have to ease up on the ground chipotle (usually I use cajun spice, I’m so glad I didn’t decide to put in a whole tablespoon).
I just realized I could make one of those classy fitted waist coat vests out of the Star Wars, Star Trek, Superman, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and/or Unicorn fabric I have laying around.
Well this took forever to finish and scan in. I’m not sure why I drew it in the first place beyond that these are two of my favorite Pokemon Mightyena and Espeon, also one of my friends favorite Pokemon Gloom. I’m glad how it came out even when Mightyena’s came out a little wonky and Espeon’s ears didn’t come out quite right (was doing this drawing mostly from memory and didn’t really look at images until I inked most of it in).
Not only do I like the narrative things that are going on here, but this artist does some excellent things with light.
